Warranty and Policies

O's Mobile Auto LLC Policies,
Warranties, Requirements,  & Disclaimers

1: Safety and parts supplied by the customer 

Any component that we believe will jeopardize the safety and/or reliable operation of a vehicle may be refused.

 

2: What to Do If a Problem Arises

Contact us right away if you have a problem that is directly related to recently completed work so that we can set up a diagnostic appointment to assess and confirm a warrantable failure. A new diagnostic fee will be assessed if the technician discovers a brand-new, unrelated problem or if you disregarded the technician's recommendations. If the customer makes their own repairs or takes vehicle somewhere else, before we can have a chance to access the issue, this voids our company from any warranties or guarantees.

 

3: Driving the car somewhere else

Important: IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE, DO NOT TAKE IT TO ANY OTHER WORKSHOP FIRST, UNLESS YOU ARE TRAVELING. YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IF YOU HAVE ANYONE ELSE WORK ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE GIVING US A CHANCE TO ADDRESS THE COMPLAINT OR IGNORE TECHNICIANS ADVICE ON REPAIR INVOICE!

 

4: Parts & Workmanship - We warranty our labor for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts that we supply have different warranties, feel free to inquire about your specific part's warranty. If your supplied part fails, then labor will apply again.

AC repairs/services - We warranty our workmanship for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you ignored the technician’s advice, you void our warranty. AC recharges do not have a warranty included. We won’t discuss anything with anyone except the person on the original invoice.

 

5: DIAGNOSTIC - Accurate Diagnostics. We cannot promise that one diagnosis will solve every issue a vehicle has in a single repair procedure due to the complexity of a vehicle. If the customer's diagnostic is incorrect, the full cost of work is still owed. Customers' self-diagnostics are not the responsibility of our organization. Our business will not be held accountable for any pre-existing problems unrelated to our repairs or held accountable for problems you caused.

 

6: Plastic, Wires, Spark Plugs, Metal, and Rubber Parts - We assume no responsibility for plastics, wires, spark plugs, metal parts, or rubber part breakages, like many plastics, wires, spark plugs, metal, and rubber parts used in vehicles, are brittle, strip and can break without warning no matter how carefully they are handled. This is especially true of plastics, wires, spark plugs, metal, or rubber parts that are exposed to sunlight, liquid, heat, internal, and external damage, or any normal wear and tear.

 

7: Payment Arrangements /Refunds - Payment in full is required upon completion of services. We do not accept efforts to make payment arrangements after the fact. You stopping the job won’t stop the labor charge due. Refunds are only given with proof from a licensed mechanic with a verifiable printed receipt. Please set up any payment app fully before the mechanic completes the repair job. If we have to stop any repair job due to anything out of the company's control or any parts issue, half of the labor job is due on that day and the other half is due upon returning to finish the job.

 

8: Threats to Our Associates - We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding yelling, cursing, and threats against or towards our associates. Such behavior of any type or nature directed at an Auto Tech associate or our Company will not be tolerated - We will immediately terminate whatever work is in progress and flee the scene, call the authorities if needed, will no longer perform any services, and block you.

 

9: In-depth diagnostics is $100, which half goes towards current diagnostic repairs, on non-same day repairs the $50 paid credit is good for 30 days if the vehicle is fixable, and excludes AC Diagnostics, non-fixable vehicles, advised to sell or trade-in and Pre Purchase Inspection. Any additional diagnostics will be discounted.

 

10: If a technician takes a customer to get parts- there will be a $10 fuel charge (10-mile radius) added to the final bill. If you take more than ½ an hour to get parts, a $50 fee per every ½ hour charge for the technician waiting on you will be added to the final bill.

 

11: Cancellation policy - We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

Refunds: O's Mobile Auto Service LLC Pre-Paid Services Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 and a pre-purchase used car pre-purchase inspection, prepaid ac recharge services will be subject to a cancellation fee of $80.

 

This includes appointments where our technician is unable to access the property, inclement weather in which the company offers the customer an alternative date available to both parties that the customer refuses, the technician or job is turned away or turned down without no-fault of the company, the customer stops the technician of no fault to the technician, can not get a hold of the customer, or has not received a response within 15 minutes of any used communication from the technician to confirm the appointment before the technician shows up to the job, or the client is unavailable. 

 

Then the balance for a refund is returned to the original form of payment and can take up to 5 to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
